Shivam International under the Flagship of ‘SHIVAM INTERNATIONAL was established in the year 1970 with trading activities in Embroidery and Sewing threads Our MD. Mr. Rajendra Singh Chauhan had a broad perspective in Textile industry and had strong belief that consistent quality and prompt services to customer is a key to success for any business and to unfold this vision we had established our first plant at Pilkhuwa (Ghaziabad) in the year 1971 for manufacturing of Embroidery and Sewing thread with Dying and Coning Machines.
We further felt that we must have one stop window for full range of textile products and with this in mind we had diversified our business into Excellent Made-ups under ‘SHIVAM INTERNATIONAL.
At Shivam international we have wide experienced and skilled team of designers and merchandises. We had established our plant at F-8, Udhug kunj, Industrial area, Ghaziabad, U.P with well equipped production unit, Studio and Showroom.
Our MD Mr. Rajendra Singh Chauhan is also one of the Directors of M/S Lotus International for cotton threads and R.R.Threads for Viscose yarn which is one of the biggest and renowned processing houses at Ghaziabad and N.C.R of Delhi |

MANUFACTURING FACILITIES
- We have 200 stitching machines.
- We have strength of 5000pcs. Hand quilting of quilted bed spreads in a month presently; we can increase than capacity accordingly.
- We have arrangement of Computerized Quilting and machine quilting as our unit in Delhi.
- We have Horizontal, vertical drying range along with lime dry space for the quilts, per day capacity is 4000pcs
- We have metal ditector for the checking of the finished articles, in our makeup section.
- We always open for the packing of the merchandise according to the buyer’s specification or international standard.
- We have 200 pit looms under our premises and more then 500 looms as our captive unite around or Ghaziabad unite and pilkhuwa unite.
- We have our own training centre for the weavers and we follow the norms of any known buyers compliances, we strictly follow the rules, not to hire a single minor or child labour in our company.
- We have separate make-up section for the floor covering according to the need.
- We have separate dying unite for the yarn which we use in carpet and accent rugs
- We have captive unit for tufted carpet at Panipat for modern and abstract design and in Marzipan we have arrangement for oriental, floral and traditional tufted carpets.
- We have separate unit for innovative leather or other interesting yarns rugs at
- Fatehpur sikri and at Sitapur we have arrangement to produce cutshuttle rug.
- We are always opens for invest the money to establish any captive unit or any latest infrastructure to be pioneer in the textile sector
Quality control
The quality control team, which is independent of the production department, is very essential for the continuous maintaining of the company’s high quality ensures that we get a very high quality image with its discerning buyers. Our quality ensures that we get a
very high unit realization in addition to regular enquiry’s & orders from new buyers.
The quality team checks fabrics at the mills and also places experienced checkers at every stage of production from cutting to finishing. Therefore, the made-ups is checked at every stage of production and if there is a problem the quality control person has the authority to stop the assembly line till that time it is corrected. We inspect shipments at our end before offering shipment for inspection to buyers or sending shipments to platform . |
